Asmou Real Estate entrusted DAC Group, ShieldTech, and 3DAC with the complex task of rehabilitating the Sumou Towers—a pair of high-rise residential buildings in Jeddah. With structural damage, fire incidents, and water leakage compromising the integrity of the towers, the project required a deep, multidisciplinary intervention.

The scope included waterproofing over 10,000 injection points, fire damage repair, and advanced retrofitting solutions such as carbon fiber reinforcement, RC jacketing, and steel plate strengthening to restore both safety and structural integrity. 3DAC supported the effort with detailed 3D scans and modeling for accurate diagnostics and intervention planning. The restored towers now stand ready for reoccupation with enhanced safety and long-term performance.
