Located in Riyadh, the project was developed for Agility Logistics Park, a leading logistics infrastructure provider supporting warehousing and supply chain operations across the Kingdom.

Spanning an area of 18,000 square meters, the scope involved the design and construction of a high-tolerance, super flat concrete slab-on-grade floor, compliant with FM2 specifications (Free Movement Category 2) — essential for modern warehouse operations involving narrow aisle racking, automated storage, and high-capacity forklifts.

What sets this project apart is its execution timeline: the entire slab system was delivered in just 30 days, demonstrating precise planning, efficient resource deployment, and advanced construction methodologies. CBS Middle East, a UK-based specialist with regional operations in KSA, utilized its expertise in industrial concrete flooring systems to achieve flatness and levelness tolerances that meet global logistics and automation standards.

The warehouse now serves as a critical operational unit within Agility’s Riyadh logistics hub, supporting high-volume storage and distribution for both local and international supply chains.
