The Agility Logistics Warehouse #6, located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is a key facility within the expansive Agility Logistics Park, supporting high-capacity storage, automation, and fast-moving supply chain operations. Delivered by DAC Group in collaboration with CBS Middle East, the project focused on the execution of a high-tolerance, super flat concrete flooring system, built to meet FM2 Free Movement specifications.

Covering an impressive 60,000 square meters, the project was completed within a tight 2-month schedule, highlighting the efficiency, precision, and technical capability of both teams. The floor was constructed as a slab-on-grade system, engineered to support the operational needs of a modern logistics center, including high-rack storage systems, forklift traffic, and automated warehousing technologies.

CBS Middle East, a specialist in industrial concrete flooring, implemented advanced leveling techniques and rigorous quality control processes to achieve FM2 flatness and levelness standards — essential for operational efficiency, safety, and minimal maintenance over time. DAC Group ensured seamless project management, coordination, and delivery on-site, maintaining alignment with Agility’s functional and durability requirements.

The resulting floor system now supports one of Agility’s largest logistics facilities in Jeddah, enabling high-performance warehousing with optimized material handling capabilities.
