The Ajlan & Brothers Logistics Warehouse, located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, is a major logistics infrastructure project developed to support the expansive supply chain operations of Alajlan & Brothers, a leading Saudi conglomerate. Delivered by DAC Group in partnership with CBS Middle East, the project focused on the execution of a high-tolerance, super flat concrete floor, tailored to meet the performance needs of a modern logistics environment.

Spanning 60,000 square meters, the facility’s slab-on-grade floor was designed and built to FM2 flatness and levelness standards, ensuring optimal conditions for high-rack storage, automated warehouse systems, and intensive forklift operations. The entire project was completed in just 2 months, showcasing the expertise of both DAC and CBS in delivering fast-track, high-precision industrial flooring systems.

CBS Middle East brought its specialized knowledge in super flat industrial flooring, using advanced construction techniques and strict quality controls to meet the stringent specifications. DAC Group provided end-to-end project management, ensuring seamless integration with the overall warehouse development and adherence to client requirements.

This warehouse now stands as a key logistics asset for Ajlan & Brothers, enabling efficient distribution, scalable warehousing, and streamlined operational flow within the Eastern Province.
