As part of its logistics infrastructure enhancement, Al Jomaih Holding commissioned DAC Group and CBS Middle East to deliver a high-performance polished concrete flooring system at its warehouse facility in Al Kharj. Despite the modest scale, the project required exceptional attention to flatness, surface finish, and durability, meeting FM2 super flat standards.

The project was executed in a fast-track timeline of just two weeks, leveraging CBS Middle East's specialization in industrial flooring and DAC Group's coordination and execution capabilities. The slab-on-grade floor was polished to deliver a seamless, high-durability surface suitable for intensive operational use, including forklifts and pallet systems.
