The Al Qahtani Pipes – Group 5 / Line 5 project, delivered by DAC Group in collaboration with AHEAD, represents a significant addition to the industrial manufacturing infrastructure in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Commissioned by Al Qahtani Pipes, a major player in the pipe manufacturing sector, this facility was designed to support the expansion of the company’s production capabilities through a modern, high-capacity industrial complex.

Covering a built-up area of 45,000 square meters, the project was executed over a 24-month period, with a total construction budget of 49.7 million SAR. The facility was developed as a pre-engineered steel structure, optimized for efficiency, scalability, and operational performance.

The scope of work included the full construction of the new factory, incorporating architectural finishes, complete MEP systems, ventilation infrastructure, a comprehensive firefighting network, and integrated electrical works. Built to international standards, the factory is equipped to support heavy industrial operations, with features designed for durability, energy efficiency, and safety compliance.

Located within the industrial hub of Dammam, the project enhances Al Qahtani Pipes' production capacity and logistical efficiency, enabling faster output, better process flow, and expanded service to regional and international markets.
