Kanoo Logistics Facility
Project Overview
The Kanoo Logistics Facility, delivered by DAC Group, is a landmark logistics development strategically located within the Dammam Port area in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. Commissioned by Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo, one of the Gulf region’s most established and diversified business groups, the facility was designed to support their expanding supply chain operations and regional distribution network.
Spanning a total built-up area of 15,000 square meters along with 80,000 square meters of external yards, the facility was constructed on a fast-track timeline of 12 months, with a total investment of 36.4 million SAR. The project was executed under a turnkey contract, encompassing full procurement, structural works, and construction — ensuring seamless coordination from concept to delivery.
The warehouse was engineered to accommodate advanced logistics operations, featuring high-clearance storage, loading docks, wide maneuvering zones, and integrated infrastructure systems to support freight handling, inventory control, and vehicle movement. The expansive external yards were designed with reinforced pavement to handle heavy truck traffic, container storage, and multi-modal logistics activities.
The project scope covered all major construction disciplines, including civil and structural works, infrastructure development, and essential electromechanical installations. DAC Group applied industry best practices to ensure quality, safety, and long-term performance, delivering a highly functional facility tailored to the demands of large-scale logistics management.
This facility enhances Kanoo’s ability to offer competitive, high-capacity storage and transportation solutions across Saudi Arabia, reinforcing its role as a key logistics player in the region.
