Musharka Capital partnered with DAC Group, CBS Middle East, and ShieldTech for a full-scale structural and flooring upgrade of its logistics warehouse in Riyadh. The project involved the demolition of the existing slab, followed by the design and installation of a high-tolerance concrete floor system, executed to FM2 standards.

The retrofit spanned 28,000 m² and was delivered over 4 months, transforming the warehouse into a modern logistics-ready facility. CBS handled flooring works, while ShieldTech contributed structural retrofitting expertise to reinforce the integrity of the aging infrastructure. The result is a revitalized, high-performance space ready for intensive commercial operations.
